About LMD Property Care
Local, Reliable Property Care You Can Trust
Hi, I'm Liam, the owner of LMD Property Care. I started this business to give Brisbane Northside homeowners a lawn and garden service that actually shows up, does the job properly, and leaves the place looking better than when we arrived.
Based in Wavell Heights, I personally service the local area and surrounding suburbs, so you deal directly with the person doing the work — no subcontractors, no surprises.
Whether it's a regular lawn mow, a one-off tidy-up, or help getting an overgrown yard back under control, I treat every property like it was my own.
- Owner-operated, hands-on service
- Local to Wavell Heights, servicing a 10 km radius
- Fully insured, satisfaction focused

Lawn Mowing Geebung
Lawn & Garden Care for Geebung's Larger Suburban Blocks
Geebung still has plenty of the traditional North Brisbane properties that make professional lawn maintenance worthwhile — established post-war homes, high-set houses and generous blocks with genuine front and backyards. Many of the suburb's traditional residential lots sit around the 600m² mark, often with mature gardens, driveways, sheds and plenty of lawn surrounding the home.
They're great properties to have, but they can also take a fair chunk out of your weekend to keep maintained.
LMD Property Care provides professional lawn mowing and garden maintenance for Geebung homeowners who want their property kept neat, tidy and under control.
Our mowing service focuses on the complete finish — mowing the lawn correctly, edging along paths, driveways and garden beds, trimming difficult areas and cleaning up before we leave.
For larger or more established Geebung properties, we can also assist with hedging, pruning, weeding, garden clean-ups and general property maintenance, rather than having to organise several different services.
We offer both one-off jobs and regular maintenance, although fortnightly servicing is particularly useful during Brisbane's faster growing season.
The goal is simple: a consistently well-maintained Geebung property without you having to spend your weekend doing it.
